Server Rules

HACKING & THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

Rule: Use of cheat engines, speed hacks, or any software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. This also includes promoting, distributing, or sharing any such software in any form.
Punishment: PERMANENT BAN (No Warnings).

BUG ABUSE & EXPLOITATION

Rule: Exploiting glitches (map clips, dupe bugs, skill exploits) instead of reporting them.
Punishment:
1st Offense: 3-Day Ban
2nd Offense: PERMANENT BAN

TRASH TALK & TOXICITY

Rule: Banter is allowed in ?chat, but racism, hate speech, or Real-Life Threats (RLT) are strictly forbidden.
Punishment:
1st Offense: 24-Hour Mute
2nd Offense: 7-Day Mute
3rd Offense: PERMANENT BAN

SCAMMING & FRAUD

Rule: Tricking players in trades or falsifying Proof of Payment for donations/rewards.
Punishment: PERMANENT BAN + Blacklisted from PHP Rewards.

ADVERTISING & IMPERSONATION

Rule: Mentioning or Promoting other servers or using "GM/Admin" in your name.
Punishment:
1st Offense: 1 DAY BAN
2nd Offense: PERMANENT BAN

RMT SCAMMING

Rule: Any proven scamming during PHP/Real-Money-Trading.
Punishment: PERMANENT BAN of all associated accounts.

TOWERING RULES

Rule: Dont put towers Inside NPC.
Punishment: PERMANENT BAN

SAFE ZONE DEBUFFING

Rule: Don't debuff in the safe zone.
Punishment: 1 DAY BAN

CW RULES

Note: These are the default Chip War rules unless specific rules are stated otherwise on Discord announcements.

 

Rule 1: The race that wins the previous Chip War must be attacked by BOTH opposing races in the next Chip War.
Punishment: Rule breaker/s banned for 12 HOURS.

 

Rule 2: Defending other race's chip is not allowed.
Rule breaker/s banned for 12 HOURS.

 

Rule 3: Stigma of Disgrace Level 3 is NOT allowed for any race.
Punishment: Winning Race Leader (RL) banned for 12 HOURS.

 

Rule 4: Other races are allowed to KS the chip being attacked by the previous winner. This applies to ALL Chip Wars.

NO REFUND POLICY

• ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL.
  • Refunds will NOT be provided for any purchase under any circumstance.
• We do NOT offer credits, refunds, or prorated billing for:
  • Cash Coins
  • Premium Service
  • In-game Items
  • Subscriptions that are cancelled after delivery
• Once any digital product or service has been successfully delivered, the transaction is considered complete and irreversible.
• If a subscription is cancelled after purchase, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be issued.
• By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree to this No Refund Policy.

TOP-UP RULES & USER AGREEMENT

• All top-up information (payment methods, package lists, prices, promotions, etc.) is officially provided ONLY through the Official Website and in the Official Discord Server.
  • Any information outside these channels should be considered unofficial.
• For Cash Coin and Premium Service top-ups, character selection is NOT required.
  • Purchased items or services will be automatically credited to the account ID or designated character.
• Staff will NEVER ask for your account details, including:
  • Passwords
  • OTP codes
  • Login credentials
  • If someone asks for these, it is 100% a scam. We are not responsible for losses caused by user negligence.
• For international users (PH, SG, BR, KR, US, UK, and others), payments must be made only via officially supported methods, such as:
  • GCash
  • Wise
